Chamber Music Series | Fall 2025
Katherine Yoon (violin), Yeh-Chun Lin (percussion), Macintyre Tabak (cello, Lindsay McIntyre (percussion) & Anna Han (piano).
There is a saying, “writing about music is like dancing about architecture.” Music has been throughout the years a way to not just tell but relive together the most intense of human experiences. As one lives, one collects - sights, emotions, wisdom, instincts, memories, strength, imagination, capabilities - and this pot of humanness defines who one is and what one can offer. In a world where whole lives are easily reduced to numbers of meaningless size it is a gift and a necessity to zoom in on the individual moments of living. Each piece on this program reveals a depth of vulnerable existence and interpersonal influence, as will each performer in their heartfelt collaborations with each other.
